Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the Rolverse website(s) located at https://Rolverse.com or any other websites under Rolverse, as well as any Rolverse products and services provided to you from or through these websites (collectively referred to as “Rolverse”), or utilizing our online tools services such as Rolverse Express, Rolverse Editor, Rolverse Designer, Remove background, Rolverse Batch, and related mobile applications, you signify your agreement (whether on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent) to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Additionally, you agree to abide by the Rolverse Privacy Policy, Rolverse Children Privacy Notice, Rolverse Cookie Policy, and the Rolverse License and Services Agreement, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any of the terms stated in these Terms of Use, please refrain from accessing and/or using the Services.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use or access the Services. If you are under sixteen (16) years old, your use of the Services must be directly supervised by your parent, guardian, or another authorized adult (e.g., a teacher) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under sixteen (16) years old who is not directly supervised by an adult is strictly prohibited and violates this Agreement.
Rolverse reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued usage of the Services indicates your acceptance of such modifications or revisions. These Terms of Use do not confer any third-party rights or benefits.
Services
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Services, including those who contribute content.
Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the activity on your Account and must keep your Account password secure. You must immediately notify Rolverse of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. Rolverse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account use, and you may be liable for losses incurred by Rolverse due to such unauthorized use.
You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Service. Rolverse may terminate your Account if you breach these Terms of Use.
Access to the Services
Rolverse grants you a limited license to use and access the Services, provided that:
You do not commercialize any part of the Services without prior written authorization from RoolAI.
You do not modify or alter any part of the Services.
You access the Services only through authorized means designated by Rolverse.
You do not sell access to the Services or sell advertising, sponsorships, or promotions within the Services without prior written approval from Rolverse.
Rolverse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. Rolverse is not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. Rolverse has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service.
Any future release, update, or additional functionality of the Services is subject to these Terms of Use.
You agree not to use any automated system, including robots or spiders, to access the Services. You agree not to collect personally identifiable information from the Service or use the communication systems provided by the Service for solicitation purposes.

Some Services may be provided to you free-of-charge, while others require payment before access. You may access the Services after
Electronic Communications
You agree that the communications between You and Rolverse uses electronic means. For contractual purposes, You (a) consent to receive communications from Rolverse in an electronic form; and (b) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Rolverse provides to You electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were in a hardcopy writing. The foregoing does not affect Your non-waivable rights.
